When I first learned to knit, I certainly had no idea of its long history or the various
qualities of wool or how the yarn was even made!
Even now, after decades of knitting, I keep stumbling across new information that surprises me!
So we’re going to take a quick wander through the world of wool, fibre & yarn.
I think you’ll find this all very interesting & when you’re teaching children they WILL inevitably ask you some of these questions!
